Dekarta Capital was founded in December 2008. It is a investment management company in the field of private equity and venture capital investments. Presently, Dekarta Capital manages the assets of a private fund equal to USD 50 Million. 

The Fund’s investment strategy is straighforward:

1. Search for a company with extraordinary growth potential, that is managed by an experienced and purposeful entrepreneur. 

2. Purchase a shareholding in such Company having determined the amount of investments necessary for the Company’s growth as well as the price and transaction structure comfortable for both Parties. 

3. Provide assistance to the entrepreneur for the Company to become a leader in its industry due to the added value of knowledge, experience and connections of the Fund’s managers at the strategic level.

4. Ensure that all Company’s shareholders obtain maximum return on their investments resulting from the dividends distributions and possible prospective sale of their shareholdings in the Company over the years.  

The amount of investments may vary from USD 2 Million to USD 10 Million per transaction. Large-scale financing is reached through consolidation of funds with other investment firms. The Fund invests up to USD 0.5 Million per transaction for venture projects. 

The territory of the Fund’s operation covers primarily such two markets as Russia and Ukraine.
